RMA / Returns

30-Day Return Policy:

  • Return items within 30 days of purchase.
  • Must be in original condition, with original packaging and receipt/proof of purchase.

Warranty:

  • Electric motors: 2-year warranty.
  • Other products: 1-year warranty.

Return Process:

  2. Provide order details and reason for return.
  3. After approval, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  4. Pack the product with all its contents and display RA number.
  5. Ship to: Charlotte Electric Motors, 124 N Lincoln St, Charlotte, MI 48813. (Return shipping costs are on you.)
  6. Be aware that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refund:

  • After assessing the return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
