Warranty Coverage: Electric motors from Charlotte Electric Motors come with a 2-year warranty. For other products, excluding electric motors, a 1-year warranty applies, beginning from the purchase date.

Return Eligibility: For a return to be accepted:

The product should retain its original condition and packaging.
You must present the original receipt or a valid proof of purchase.
The return needs to be initiated within the designated 30-day period.
Return Procedure:

Once verified, we’ll furnish you with a return authorization number (RA number) and guide you further.
Ensure the product is securely packed in its original state, inclusive of all accompaniments and documentation.

Be aware that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
