Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Charlotte Electric Motors LLC (“CEMOTORS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We strive to deliver your electric motors and parts as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Carriers & Methods

  • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers, and local courier delivery services.

  • Shipping Schedule: Orders ship Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

2. Order Fulfillment & Local Pickup

  • Warehouse Selection: All orders—including local pickups—are processed from the warehouse closest to the shipping or pickup address provided at checkout.

  • Local Pickup:

    • Please note *not all products are available at every warehouse and our online stock status can be out of sync with the current daily warehouse stock. Please call 517-543-4080 or email us to confirm availability.

    • After placing your order, you’ll receive a pickup number via email within 10–15 minutes.

    • Orders are typically ready for pickup within one hour of order placement.

    • We do not publish the complete warehouse addresses: these locations are distribution hubs that cannot process walk-in purchases or payments. The pickup address will be sent to you by email or SMS after your order is placed. However here is a list of the cities where the distribution warehouses are located.

3. Next Day Air & Saturday Delivery

  • Next Day Air:

    • Available for orders placed before 3 PM EST.

    • After 3 PM EST, Next Day Air is disabled at checkout.

    • While we will dispatch your package the same business day, delivery delays due to weather, carrier capacity, or other external events are beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for delayed Next Day Air shipments.

  • Saturday Delivery:

    • Enabled only on Fridays between 8 AM and 3 PM EST.

4. Courier Delivery Quotes

  • Quotation Window: Courier delivery quotes are valid for 10 minutes from the time they are issued.

  • Decision Required: Please be prepared to confirm and pay for courier services within that timeframe to lock in your rate.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (or SMS, if provided) containing a tracking number.

  • You may track your shipment directly with the carrier portal.

6. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package dimensions, weight, and destination.

  • Estimates: Provided at checkout; actual transit times may vary due to carrier service levels and external factors.
